Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, set up displays, rotate products, and maintain backroom organization. You will ensure cooler stocking and accurate product movement for delivery readiness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with a team to support promotions and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may substitute for a diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic arithmetic skills for everyday calculations.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a team player with good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandises products per PBV standards.
• Rotate stock and maintain clean, organized backroom areas.
• Set up displays and manage cooler stocking/rotation.
• Execute promotions and create/update point-of-sale signage.
• Develop good customer relations and service all customers as scheduled.
• Process product orders and assist with invoices as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
