Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchan­diser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and manage cooler stock for our beverage lines. You will ensure promotions are executed and maintain strong customer relations while handling orders and invoicing as part of daily responsibilities.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years relevant experience may substitute.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and be able to work flexible hours.
• Self-starter with good follow-up and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, displays, coolers, and backroom areas per PBV standards.
• Sell and execute promotions and create point-of-sale signage.
• Develop customer relations and service customers as scheduled.
• Place and track product orders and run invoices.
• Maintain organization in backrooms and rotate stock.
• Perform routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
