Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in North Carolina. You will merchandise products, stock coolers and displays, set up promotions, and maintain backroom organization while building strong customer relations.

You will be responsible for accurate ordering, meeting PBV standards, and supporting sales in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must meet PBV driving qualifications and work hours as needed.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, team player.
• Self-starter with strong follow-up and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors according to PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Serves all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage.
• Other duties as assigned.
