Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, stock coolers, and ensure backroom organization in line with PBV standards.

You will also place orders for the next delivery, manage promotions, create POS signage, and build productive relationships with customers while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires strong oral and written communication.
• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and merchandize displays per PBV standards.
• Set up and maintain cooler stock and backroom organization.
• Execute promotions and create/position point-of-sale signage.
• Develop good relationships with customers and service all customers as scheduled.
