Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to stock and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets across Oahu. You will drive your own vehicle, earn $23.00/hr with overtime potential, and receive mileage and monthly car reimbursements.

Expect 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with early start times and long daily shifts. Benefits, PTO, and 401(k) are offered as part of a comprehensive total rewards package.

Formación

• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

• Move products between backroom and display using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring; complete merchandising checkouts and document execution.

• Pay: $23.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Oahu

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
