Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Maui is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays across grocery stores and beverage outlets. This role requires travel around the island using your own vehicle and starting pay of $24 per hour with overtime and mileage reimbursements.

The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a 5-day workweek with weekends, and opportunities for career growth into sales, delivery, warehouse, and leadership roles, with paid training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older or meet state requirements.
• Reliable personal transportation with valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus (paid per company policy)
• Pay: $24.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Maui

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truckUse company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
