Job summary

Hilton Lexington Downtown in Lexington, KY seeks a Beverage Manager to lead our hotel bars with a focus on guest experience and profitability. You will model service, train staff on modern beverage trends, inspect outlets, and ensure quality while maintaining policy compliance.

Expect a base salary of $55,000–$61,000 with potential quarterly bonuses and a $50 cell phone stipend. Strong communication and certified alcohol service are required.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressive experience in food & beverage in a resort or hotel.
• College coursework and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Certified alcohol training required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Role Model – welcoming guests and guiding service to ensure a great guest experience.
• Be Modern – stay updated on beverage trends and deliver them to guests.
• Walk the Talk – supervise areas, recognize staff, and drive training or improvements.
• Be a Manager – ensure beverage outlets deliver quality products and remain profitable.
• Be the Manager on Duty when requested.
