Hilton Lexington Downtown is seeking a bartender to craft drinks and deliver exceptional guest experiences. With at least 3 years in F&B, you’ll engage guests, recommend cocktails, and maintain a fast-paced bar with energy and hospitality.

Role requires at least 3 years of progressive food & beverage/bartending experience. Current alcohol serving certificate preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task. Must possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near Vision -the ability to see details at close range. Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Must possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English required. Must work well in a high energy / high stress environment and have the ability to multitask.
