Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage service activities in outlets and direct all outlet beverage functions.
• Bring fresh beverage concepts, cocktails, promotions, and marketing ideas to stay ahead of local competition.
• Manage par stock, inventory control, and cost/inventory processes.
• Train staff in beverage service, bar management, and cleanliness; schedule labor efficiently.
• Lead end-of-month beverage inventory, weekly par checks, and ordering.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws (KY) and maintain uniforms and appearance standards.
