Title of Position: Beverage Manager.

Job Description: The Beverage Manager will be responsible for the training and scheduling of bartenders. Bar inventory and product ordering are also the responsibilities of the Beverage Manager. The Beverage Manager must possess the capability of maintaining restaurant functions in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Strong leadership and personal skills are required to be our Beverage Manager. Maintaining good communication with the front of the house is important in assuring guest satisfaction and quality of bar products. The Beverage Manager also assists in staff development and reviews along with the management team. This role includes making sure we meet our operating plan budgets and introducing operational efficiencies to achieve our profitability goals. You'll maintain positive relationships with all involved parties and ensure open communication. The Beverage Manager will handle all related duties and administrative tasks as required. The Beverage Manager will ensure our facilities are kept clean, sanitary, and well-maintained. Efficient handling of any facilities-related issues, health department compliance, repair needs and capital expenditures.

Qualifications:

• High volume experience of 5+ years as a Beverage Manager is a must for this position within a hotel, event, resort, or restaurant environment.
• The Beverage Manager must have 2+ years of managerial experience.
• The Beverage Manager is required to have extensive wine and cocktail knowledge and experience.
• A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Beverage Manager.
• The Beverage Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity.
