Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee the 22-story lounge and lead beverage operations within the F&B division. The role involves collaborating with wine and beverage vendors to craft profitable beverage lists and to train, schedule, and develop team members.

Evening availability is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, prior bar leadership experience, knowledge of beverage controls and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beverage/bar management experience.
• Beverage cost experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Communication, organization and relationship skills.
• A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner.

The Beverage Manager will be responsible for all aspects and functions of beverage operations within the Food & Beverage Division. Primary function will be to oversee and manage the 22 stories lounge. This individual will also work closely with wine and beverage vendors to select the desired beverages and assist other leaders with forming creative and profitable beverage lists. Other duties include training, scheduling and developing colleagues. The ideal candidate for this role should have great communication skills, prior experience leading a bar team, thorough knowledge of beverage controls and mixology and is available to work evenings.
