Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee and manage beverage operations within the Food & Beverage Division, including the 22 stories lounge. The role involves training, scheduling and developing colleagues, as well as collaborating with wine and beverage vendors to craft creative and profitable beverage lists.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of beverage/bar management experience, hands-on knowledge of beverage controls and mixology,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beverage/bar management experience.
• Beverage cost experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Communication, organization and relationship skills.
• Desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner.

The Beverage Manager will be responsible for all aspects and functions of beverage operations within the Food & Beverage Division. Primary function will be to oversee and manage the 22 stories lounge. This individual will also work closely with wine and beverage vendors to select the desired beverages and assist other leaders with forming creative and profitable beverage lists. Other duties include training, scheduling and developing colleagues. The ideal candidate for this role should have great communication skills, prior experience leading a bar team, thorough knowledge of beverage controls and mixology and is available to work evenings.
