Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Buffet Attendant to maintain buffet items and presentation in a fast-paced guest environment. The role requires strong communication with guests and team members, plus the ability to lift and move moderate weights as needed.

Candidates should have a customer-service mindset, be able to stand for extended periods, and have availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prior food and beverage experience is preferred.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Buffet Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining buffet items and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of buffet area and displays.
• Communicates effectively with guests in a fast-paced service environment.
• Assists with basic food prep and replenishment as needed.
