Job summary

Beverage Lounge Server at Aria in Las Vegas, NV is a full‑time role with a starting pay of $14.5055 per hour plus tips. The successful candidate will learn station setup, glassware, and ingredient knowledge while delivering high‑quality guest service in a premier casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience as cocktail and/or food server.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening side duties: fold/stack napkins, stock supplies and glassware, and ensure station cleanliness.
• Know liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections on the casino floor.
• Know designated glassware and garnishes for each drink.
• Enter orders into the system and verify transmission with the Bartender.
• Assist guests with knowledge of hotel services and local attractions; respond to inquiries.
• Resolve guest concerns within authority; escalate to management or Security as needed.
• Complete Restaurant Training Program and testing successfully.

Pay

$14.5055 Hourly + Tips

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Complete opening side duties fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
• Knowledge of Hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

Ideal Candidate

• Is 21+ years of age
• 6+ Months of prior relevant experience as a Cocktail and/or food server in a similar environment preferred
