Aufgaben

• Execute laboratory benchwork and research projects by following experimental designs, operating equipment, and preparing beverage samples.
• Maintain laboratory and sample inventory, including ingredients and supplies.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor beverage and concentrate storage studies.
• Prepare samples for analytical and sensory evaluation, supporting data-driven decisions.
• Support scientists during production runs, including ingredient handling and order management.
• Ensure products and samples meet defined specifications and quality requirements.
