Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking interns for a 2027 campus internship across multiple R&D disciplines in the United States. You will participate in the framework around Technical Insights, Digital Solutions, Compliance or Life Sciences and collaborate with partners globally to deliver data-driven results.

Qualified candidates are enrolled in BS, MS, or PhD programs and must graduate within one year. The program offers hourly pay from $21.09 to $55.40, comprehensive benefits, and potential full-time

Qualifications

• Must graduate within one year of internship completion.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to translate business objectives into project goals.
• Experience applying technical/scientific advances with internal/external resources.
• Ability to work in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with data science is preferred.
• Demonstrated multitasking and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four pillars: Technical Insights, Digital Solutions, Compliance or Life Sciences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support R&D initiatives.
• Support data science, analytics, and product development activities.
• Contribute to consumer science, regulatory affairs, and life sciences projects as assigned.
