Job summary

Durango, Las Vegas, NV is seeking team members for kitchen steward roles focused on cleanliness and guest-ready service. You’ll help maintain china, glass, silverware, and dish machines in line with Station Casinos standards, ensuring a safe, sanitary environment.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, push heavy carts, work in walk-ins of -10 to 140 degrees, and obtain the required work cards. This is a hands-on role in a luxury, guest-focused destination.
