Job summary

Station Casinos LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Server to provide attentive service with a touch of luxury. You will help guests enjoy a memorable experience by knowing beverage offerings, pricing, and proper glassware.

You will use POS systems and automated cocktail production tech, keep a tidy service area, and adhere to all procedures. Training is provided to develop your skills and ensure guest satisfaction as a core value.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all cocktails, wines and beers served by Station Casinos; proper glassware, pricing and garnishes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Willingness to obtain necessary work cards and stay informed on beverage offerings and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Observe and anticipate guests' needs to fulfill requests with a personal touch.
• Utilize POS and beverage technology to serve guests efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked service station with glasses, condiments, coffee and dry goods.
• Comply with slot, cash and comp charging procedures and know beverage pricing.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Continuously observing and anticipating guests' needs in order to fill any and all guest requests/opportunities. Having extensive knowledge of available beverage offerings
• Utilizing POS and automated cocktail production technology to fill guest beverage needs
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked service station including but not limited to all glassware, condiments, coffee and dry goods.
• Complying with all slot, cash and comp charging procedures. Knowledge of all cocktail and beverage pricing.
