Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related).
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous laboratory record keeping.

Responsabilités

• Conduct laboratory experiments to support beverage product development and innovation.
• Prepare beverage prototypes and evaluate ingredients, formulations, and processing methods.
• Support flavor, emulsion, and ingredient delivery system projects.
• Conduct analytical and sensory evaluations of beverage formulations.
• Design and execute shelf-life and stability studies, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment while following safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and support pilot-scale production trials.
• Assist with laboratory supply procurement and conduct technical literature reviews.
