Job summary

Sunny Sky Products is seeking a Packaging Associate to operate packaging lines and produce liquid beverage concentrates. You will maintain GMP-compliant production areas, retain production samples, and verify codes on packages.

The role includes rotating raw materials on FIFO and ensuring area cleanliness. Responsibilities include packing, operating filling/packaging machines with training provided, and keeping thorough records.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to keep complete and accurate written records.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack and stack finished products.
• Run filling and packaging machines (training provided).
• Keep accurate records of daily cleaning and PM functions.
• Maintain label records for all items.
• Cross training in different areas.

Sunny Sky Products prides itself on our commitment and dedication to creating, manufacturing and delivering top quality products in the beverage industry. We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers. We are seeking a Packaging Associate who will work on packaging lines, producing liquid beverage concentrates. Also works on maintaining cleanliness of production area in accordance with GMP guidelines. Retain and identify samples of all production batches. Check for application and accuracy of codes on all packages. Rotate raw materials on FIFO basis and maintains cleanliness of raw material areas.

Required Skills/Abilities/Education

Hours

• Full time job
• Monday- Friday 6am - 3:30pm
• Open availability for unexpected schedule changes as production may demand including weekends

Salary

• $18.00 per hour
