The Beverage Hospitality Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership to drive sales, hospitality at the highest level, profitability, and long-term growth of each tavern by managing all aspects of the business.

This role involves promoting and living our core values, operating under our guiding principles and promises, which include daily operations, profitability, marketing, recruiting, and team development.

We expect you to lead by example, uplifting our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure smooth restaurant operations and pleasant dining experiences for customers.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in coordinating daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
2. Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction.
3. Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints.
4. Review product quality regularly and research new vendors.
5. Organize and supervise shifts.
6. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
7. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
8. Manage the restaurant’s image.
9. Drive standards, control operational costs, and identify measures to reduce waste.
10. Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
11. Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Key Employee, Assistant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.
• Guest service experience as a Bartender, Server, or Key Employee.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
• Financial management skills.
