The Beverage Hospitality Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership to drive sales, hospitality at the highest level, profitability, and long-term growth of each tavern by managing all aspects of the business.

The Beverage Hospitality Manager embodies the Marlow’s Culture in their tavern. All business aspects will be aligned with our value system, operating under our guiding principles and promises. Responsibilities include daily operations, profitability, marketing, recruiting, and team development.

We expect you to lead by example and uplift staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure smooth restaurant operations and pleasant dining experiences for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to guest complaints.
  • Review product quality and research new vendors regularly.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Manage restaurant’s image.
  • Drive standards, control operational costs, and identify waste reduction measures.
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.
  • Train new and current employees on guest service practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Key Employee, Assistant Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
  • Guest service experience as a Bartender, Server, or Key Employee.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial management skills.
