Overview: The Beverage Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the tavern's operations, including driving sales, ensuring hospitality excellence, profitability, and fostering long-term growth. As a leader, you will set an example and motivate staff during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations and a pleasant customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily Front of the House operations
• Deliver exceptional service and maximize guest satisfaction
• Respond effectively to guest complaints
• Review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and oversee shifts
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
• Manage the restaurant’s image
• Control operational costs and reduce waste
• Promote the brand locally through events and word-of-mouth
• Train staff on guest service practices

Requirements:

• Experience as a Key Employee, Assistant Manager, or Hospitality Manager
• Guest service experience as a Bartender, Server, or similar role
