Job summary

Columbia is seeking a Sales Manager in Anchorage, Alaska to develop and execute annual business plans with suppliers, drive brand performance, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and category management. You will manage inventory and forecasts while ensuring compliance with liquor regulations and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with retailers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years sales experience.
• Minimum one (1) year industry specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan with supplier representative and implement brand focus objectives.
• Analyze data sources to drive improved performance for sales teams and retail trade.
• Collaborate with supplier and sales teams to ensure Focus plans are executed and trainings completed.
• Coordinate with category management to meet brand objectives via the category management reset process.
• Participate in sales meetings, promotional events and training sessions relevant to brand management.
