Breakthru Beverage Group in Orange County (San Clemente) is seeking a Merchandiser to stock, rotate shelves, and build displays across our accounts. You will manage POS materials, perform store resets for remodels or seasonal changes, and establish strong relationships with key accounts.

Ideal candidates will drive to customer locations with a valid license, communicate opportunities to the sales team, and grow knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits through hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service in fast-paced retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for store teams and customers.
• Good problem-solving and professional conduct in dynamic merchandising tasks.

Responsabilités

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves
• Building displays and POS material management
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities
• Identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf and cold box facings
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly and safely
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
