Job Overview

STARTING PAY RATE IS $32.00/ HOUR

LOCATION: WHITESTOWN, IN

SCHEDULE: 90% TRAVEL INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS

The Technician Tech Services will diagnose and repair fountains, vendors, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to customer satisfaction, manage tools and parts, maintain records and reports, and provide excellent customer service. This role involves communication with Coca-Cola Consolidated (CCC), Coca-Cola North America (CCNA), and Equipment Reutilization Solutions (ERS), with opportunities to sell revenue-generating services.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and repair beverage equipment, manage tools and parts, and maintain records according to company standards.
2. Operate handheld devices for record-keeping and inventory management.
3. Drive safely, adhere to all motor vehicle laws, and conduct vehicle inspections as required.
4. Maintain proper use and accountability of parts, tools, and supplies.
5. Complete all training and stay updated on equipment procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive and ride for long periods.
• Experience with refrigeration, electrical tools, and electronic devices.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including uncontrolled temperatures.
• Experience in electrical or refrigeration fields is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 12 months of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certifications.
• Ability to pass company certification programs (e.g., BEST, FAST, Advanced Refrigeration).

Work Environment

The work environment varies, including exposure to weather, coolers, and customer storage areas, which may be non-temperature controlled.
