PepsiCo Inc. is looking for a field service technician to install and troubleshoot beverage equipment at customer locations in Williamsport, PA. You will repair, service, and optimize vending and beverage systems while educating clients on proper operation and upkeep.

The role requires a valid Non-DOT license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and EPA 608 refrigeration certification. Expect a physically active, on-the-go schedule with day-to-day hands-on work across various accounts.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Valid Non-DOT Driver's License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and follow DOT regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to reach, lift, carry, push and pull.
• Kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling and bending for repairs.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Refrigeration Certification Type I/II (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage equipment at customer accounts.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine best repair or replacement solutions.
• Install equipment by routing lines, connecting product, water and gas supply, and ensuring proper drainage; adjust mixtures.
• Prioritize and schedule service and preventive maintenance calls to meet customer service windows.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep; document each service call and maintain parts inventory on the service truck.
