PepsiCo is seeking a field service technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain beverage equipment at customer locations in Amarillo, TX. The role involves driving to sites, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and carpentry tasks, and ensuring parts inventory and documentation are up to date.

You'll work Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, earning $24.05 per hour with full-time benefits and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle with DOT readiness.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Position requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Position requires kneeling, squatting, and bending for repairs.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
• Refrigeration Certification Type I/Type II (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Install, set up, and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, and/or fountain equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine best repair or replacement option.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
• Schedule service and maintenance calls to meet customer service windows.
• Travel to customer locations and perform required work (may involve plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and carpentry).
• Replace old parts with new; manage inventory on the service truck.
• Collect accurate equipment and customer information and complete documentation after each call.
• Build positive relationships with customer contacts via clear communication and follow-through.
• Unload/load equipment and transport items as needed.
