Job summary

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventative maintenance on beverage equipment at customer accounts.
• Diagnose equipment issues and determine the best repair or replacement solution.
• Install equipment by routing lines, connecting product, water and gas supply, and ensuring proper drainage; adjust mixture.
• Prioritize and schedule service calls to meet customer service windows.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep and document each service call.
