PepsiCo Inc. in Burlington, VT is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site service across customer accounts.

You will repair and maintain vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage equipment, diagnose issues, and implement repair or replacement solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Daily tasks include installing equipment, scheduling preventative maintenance, and educating customers while building strong relationships.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with DOT status for travel (note: some regions vary).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Position must be able to lift up to 50lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Position must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling and bending when making repairs (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Position requires refrigeration certification Type I/Type II practices (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling, fountain, ice, and frozen beverage equipment at customer accounts
• Diagnose equipment issues and use good judgment to determine the best repair or replacement solution
• Install equipment by routing lines, connecting product, water and gas supply, and ensuring proper drainage; fill and adjust equipment to the correct mixture
• Prioritize and schedule service and preventative maintenance calls to meet customer service windows
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep, document each service call using provided tools, and maintain parts inventory on your service truck while building strong relationships at every account
