Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an accomplished Beverage Director to lead and elevate a sophisticated beverage program in a Michelin/James Beard-caliber dining environment. This is relocation to Chattanooga, TN for a hospitality professional who understands precision, knowledge, and exceptional service.

You will curate the wine list, manage cellar operations, purchasing, inventory and cost controls, develop pairings, train and mentor sommeliers and bartenders, and build strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Level 2 Sommelier certification required.
• Proven beverage leadership experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a Michelin/James Beard-caliber environment.
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and food pairing.
• Experience managing beverage purchasing, inventory, pricing, and profitability.
• Exceptional guest-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for training, education, and developing a high-performing team.
• WSET, CMS, or other advanced beverage certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities
