Job summary

TT Exchange Rates in Princeton, NJ seeks a D&A Developer to manage beverage development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget. You will develop and optimize formulations, coordinate testing, scale-up processes, and document results in SAP.

Collaborating with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Production and Product Management, you will lead recipe development for innovative beverage solutions and drive continuous improvement across the product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in food and/or beverage development.
SAP experience and proficiency with SAP-based documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Manage product development projects from concept through commercialization while meeting quality, timeline, and budget goals.
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing and optimizing development processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Sales, Procurement, Production, and Product Management.
Develop and optimize beverage formulations, production processes, and manufacturing methods.
Lead recipe development for innovation initiatives and customer-specific projects.
Research and evaluate new ingredients to improve quality, functionality, and cost.
Coordinate product testing, shelf-life studies, and validation trials.
