Job summary

DöhlerGroup in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Food Scientist/Food Technologist with beverage development expertise to drive customer-focused product development from concept to launch. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Food Science or a related field, has 3–5 years of hands-on beverage development experience, strong project management and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ hands on experience in beverage development/R&D
• Strong project management, follow-through and communication skills
• Technical beverage development background aligned with customer needs

Responsibilities

• Drive product development activities along LtO stages with Sales
• Act as technical expert during customer briefs and meetings to ensure alignment
• Prioritize and manage incoming briefs/projects; check feasibility
• Participate in tastings for product development
• Collaborate with Sales, BUs, and global R&D teams to meet customer needs
• Attend customer visits and workshops; lead focus projects
