Job summary

DöhlerGroup in Princeton, NJ is seeking a D&A Developer to lead beverage development from concept to commercialization. You will formulate, test, optimize, and document new and existing beverage products while coordinating with R&D, QA, Regulatory, Procurement and Production to meet customer requirements and cost targets.

Responsibilities include scaling formulations to commercial production, conducting shelf-life studies, and maintaining accurate product data in SAP. Travel is less than 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, or related field required.
• SAP experience and knowledge of office software are essential.
• 3–5 years’ experience in food and/or beverage development preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development projects from concept through commercialization within quality, timeline, and budget goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing and optimizing development processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Sales, Procurement, Production, and Product Management to deliver beverage solutions.
• Develop and optimize beverage formulations, production processes, and manufacturing methods for new and existing products.
• Lead recipe development for innovation initiatives and customer-specific projects.
