Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned beverage distributor in Saint Paul, MN, seeks a Customer Service representative to handle orders, resolve issues, and support the sales team. The role emphasizes teamwork, independent work, and a strong customer focus in an office setting.

You will learn about year-round and seasonal products through tastings, with opportunities for warehouse training and tours, while maintaining accurate pricing and account setup processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience or a 2-year college degree.
• Excellent communication skills both internally and externally and at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and reliably.
• Attention to detail is critical, accuracy is a must.
• Proficient with MS Office; AS400 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and support to our customers and internal teams.
• Timely responses to customer inquiries regarding their account.
• Build and maintain customer and sales relationships.
• Ensure proper pricing levels for specific customers are entered timely and accurately.
• Assist customers and sales staff with new account set up and troubleshooting.
• Back up receptionist on a rotating schedule and as necessary.
• Communicate with sales and operations for account reconciliation assistance.
• Maintain our database using our proprietary software and monitor billbacks.
