Job summary

Delaware North at Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking energetic Cocktail Servers for full-time and part-time roles. This tipped position offers $10.00 per hour base pay, with additional tipped earnings possible.

Growth opportunities and a benefits package accompany weekly pay and flexible schedules. Responsibilities include greeting guests, relaying drink specials, serving beverages responsibly, handling drink orders in the POS, and delivering checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets.
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders.
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver to guests.
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests.
• Prepares and delivers check to guests.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for energetic,full-time and part-time Cocktail Servers to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Cocktail Server, you will help enhance the guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$10.00 - $10.00 / hour
