Job summary

Delaware North Gaming at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking energetic Cocktail Servers for full-time and part-time roles. You will greet guests, take beverage orders, and deliver drinks on the gaming floor, while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies.

The position pays $10.00 per hour with additional tipped earnings and a comprehensive benefits package. Training and development opportunities and weekly pay are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand name.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on gaming floor and beverage outlets
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and takes beverage orders
• Serves alcohol beverages responsibly, requests identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
• Enters drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver to guests
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests
• Prepares and delivers check to guests

Delaware North Gaming is searching for energetic,full-time and part-time Cocktail Servers to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Cocktail Server, you will help enhance the guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$10.00 – $10.00 / hour
