Qualifications

• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of cellar and beverage prep areas.
• Monitor beverage orders and execute transfers.
• Conduct beverage inventory according to departmental procedures.
• Oversee daily bar operations and provide support to bar staff.
