Jonathan Club in Santa Monica is looking for a Cellar Coordinator to manage the beverage operations at the JC Beach cellar. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in beverage service and involves maintaining inventories, executing orders, and ensuring an optimal environment for service.

Job Overview:
JC Beach Cellar Coordinator is responsible for seamless and effective fulfillment operations for the JC Beach cellar, bars, and beverage outlets. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, monitoring and placing maintenance orders, transfers, inventories, beverage prep and fulfillment for Private Catering, Special Events, and Member Dining Programs, maintaining cleanliness and organization of cellar and bev. prep. areas, etc.. The position works closely with other segments of Food & Beverage to ensure the beverage team is ready to provide members and guests with optimal service per Jonathan Club standards.
