Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of packaged beverage category management experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen required.
• Experience negotiating with large CPG suppliers.
• Proficiency in Excel and category management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Own category metrics: sales, gross margin, market share, inventory productivity, customer penetration.
• Lead supplier negotiations and category reviews.
• Create pricing strategies and promotional calendars.
• Collaborate on planograms and space allocation with merchandising teams.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and recommendations to leadership.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and promotional initiatives.
