Job summary

Bussers are a primary support role on the casino floor at Pechanga Resort and Casino. They assist Cocktail Servers and Bartenders, clear glassware, and help guests with service needs to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

As a Buss Person, you will load and unload trays safely, respond to guest requests, and uphold a Four Diamond standard of service while working nights, weekends, and holidays. A GED or high school diploma and basic safety awareness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Clearing empty glassware and bottles throughout the casino floor, disposing of bottles in designated recycle bins, and running glassware through dishwasher.
• Assisting server with small duties throughout service to appease guests.
• Be an ambassador for the guests, relay any messages to Cocktail Servers and Bartenders as necessary.
• Communicate any needs to Cocktail Servers and oblige guests whenever possible.
• Provide personalized guest service, interact with guests, smile and offer warm greetings and farewells.
• Other duties as assigned.
