Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company in Franklin, MA seeks a friendly Sales Representative to grow market share and promote our beverage brands to customers. You will nurture relationships with bars, restaurants and retailers, implement sales strategies and support credit processes while maintaining product knowledge.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in alcohol sales or distribution preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers (bars, restaurants, liquor stores) providing exemplary service.
• Develop, present and promote sales strategies and activities (tastings / demonstrations) to meet sales objectives.
• Answer customers’ questions about products, pricing, availability and uses.
• Review customers’ credit status and coordinate with Credit to ensure accounts remain in good standing.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings and trade events to maintain product and supplier knowledge.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create sell sheets and sales presentations.
