Job summary

HSP Brands is seeking a part-time Brand Activator to lead shopper engagement and deliver engaging tasting experiences at grocery store events across TX, NV, and CA. This consumer-facing role blends brand storytelling with real-time data capture and reporting, requiring energy, reliability, and a professional presence in store environments.

The Brand Activator will travel to assigned locations, manage sampling stations, and contribute to sales by recommending products and communicating brand

Qualifications

• Must hold valid alcohol service certification as required by state law.
• Ability to engage with consumers and communicate in public.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to events.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and shifts.
• Comfort with mobile apps and data logging.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers with brand storytelling at grocery events.
• Provide energetic, professional brand experiences.
• Encourage purchase intent through confident recommendations.
• Record sampling data using the HSP App and Portal.
• Submit event recaps on the same day to ensure timely reporting.
