Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co at Universal Orlando is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee beverage operations, staffing, and guest service within the hotel food and beverage outlets. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-conscious beverage service in a dynamic resort environment.

You will supervise daily beverage production and delivery, train staff, and ensure adherence to departmental standards while maintaining excellent guest relations and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a restaurant/ Beverage operation.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to train staff.
• Knowledge of beverage service and cost controls preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and inventory.
• Experience in high-volume F&B operations and delivering quality guest experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains beverage staffing levels to ensure optimal performance.
• Establishes and enforces departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Oversees cost-effective operations of the beverage outlets including labor, supervision, inventory, and product selection.
• Directs production/delivery of quality beverages and service; interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Reviews requisitions and ensures costs stay within budgetary guidelines.
• Sets appropriate par levels for inventories and prevents shortages or excess inventory.
