Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 21+ years of age to apply.
• Must be licensed by the West Virginia Racing Commission.
• Must obtain proper Food Handler Certification.
• Must be Tips and TOPs certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist cocktail servers and bartenders to ensure a consistent flow of services.
• Maintain a clean bar area, including glassware and bar tops, in accordance with Health Department standards.
• Stock and rotate bar supplies, kegs, and ice; assist with beverage preparation.
• Promptly prepare beverages to specification with speed and accuracy and greet guests courteously.
• Handle guest issues professionally and communicate problems to management.
