Job summary

Live! Casino Virginia is seeking a bar porter to support daily bar operations in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will stock items, manage ice and bottles, and assist bartenders and servers during peak times, while upholding health and safety standards. A high school diploma or GED and at least six months in food & beverage are required, plus licensure per Virginia Gaming Control Board.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in the food and beverage field.
• Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or other regulators.
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions.
• Knowledge of bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and gaming regulations, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar items daily.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Assist as bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
• Replace bottles on Easy System and stock juices/beer kegs.
• Empty garbage and clean spills.
• Ensure guest and team member safety.
