Job summary

The Amalfi Llama in the United States is hiring for a dynamic, fast-paced position within our rustic live-fire steakhouse and Italian-inspired dining environment. You will expedite all menu items to guests during the shift and help maintain the highest service standards.

This non-exempt role reports to the General Manager and offers weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a benefits package as part of a supportive team focused on food, drink and guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• TAM/ Alcohol Awareness Card
• Food Handler Safety Training Card

Responsibilities

• Expedite all menu items during the shift to guests within time standards.
• Assist bartenders with ice replenishment and bar stocking as needed.
• Maintain bar stocked with supplies and products from storage areas.
• Dispose of full trash bins from bar to the trash room.
• Retrieve wine bottles from wine room with printed tickets for service.
• Polish wine glasses and decanters for service.
• Support overall service flow and beverage delivery.
• Hold and account for inventory where required.
