Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly disposition and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Memorize daily menus, craft drinks, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash/credit transactions per policy.
• Ensure consistent attendance, punctuality, and compliance with handbook/training materials.
• Represent The Amalfi Llama with a positive, brand-driven service approach.
