Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking an Account Manager who will represent the company to assigned existing and prospective accounts. You will promote Coca-Cola and allied products, execute promotions, and ensure proper merchandising according to Swire standards.

You will interact with decision makers, place orders, and manage displays to drive sales. The role requires a customer-service mindset, basic retail operations knowledge, and strong communication with store teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• 1+ years in retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and PDF viewing on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Interact and build rapport with decision makers at each customer location.
• Place orders and maintain inventory to meet customer demand.
• Manage and fill customer beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers and stock shelves per company standards.
• Supervise merchandisers and coordinate with bulk delivery driver to ensure displays are aligned with store standards.
• Rotate products to follow first in, first out stocking system and organize shelves.
• Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items to increase sales.
• Ensure Customer Marketing Agreements are followed; confirm CMA details with KAM and store manager.
• Maintain back-room stock areas and write credits for pickup by bulk driver.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
