Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Jacksonville to develop On Premise business by prospecting and acquiring new outlets within an assigned territory. You will lead efforts to set up new accounts and transition outlets into our routing and replenishment system.

The role requires a true hunter with proven ability to grow the customer base and manage complex relationships, preferably with On-Premise or beverage category experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct Sales or Account Management in a large consumer goods organization.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during work hours.
• Must have vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads using prospecting tools.
• Secure new accounts and expand the customer base.
• Schedule time in territory for face-to-face selling opportunities.
• Evaluate outlet opportunities and qualify opportunities for placement; compute IRR if needed.
• Propose brands, packages and equipment to satisfy customer needs.
• Coordinate account setup and initial equipment and product deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure seamless transition of outlet to existing routing structure.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly call activity against goals.
• Collaborate with integrated account team to manage cross-functional business relationships.
